💧 How to use
🌿 Cold method (reusable)
Place dried flower in a bowl of cold water.
Leave to open for several hours or overnight.
Remove flower and allow to dry for 2 to 3 weeks before re-use.
Drink a small cup of the infused water every morning, from day 3ᵉ of the menstrual cycle until the end.
🔥 Hot method (single use)
Pour hot (not boiling) water over the flower or a few petals.
Leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drink once a day for 1 to 3 cycles.
